Training camp – Coaching

Tri-Academy offers 3 packages and many options to best meet your needs and expectations.

  • The duration of the triathlon courses is 6 days / 5 nights
  • The arrival of the athletes is done on Monday before 14h00 which corresponds to the beginning of the internship
  • Departure is on Saturday after lunch
  • The aim of Tri-Academy is to put you in the best position to fully enjoy your stay through an optimal service offer.

Assessing Your Body Composition (ECC) *: Segmental assessment by bioimpedance from 5 areas of body composition (ECC) gives a clear idea of ​​the morphology of athletes to offer by following training and nutrition solutions adapted.

Analyzing your swimming technique *: With our video catches several swimming speeds and from different angles, we are able to identify defects sometimes imperceptible to the naked eye from the edge of the basin.

If you think your swimming performance has plateaued, video analysis of your trip to crawl will more clearly identify key areas on which to focus your concentration and work. We will be able to offer you educational and sessions to improve your swimming technique and your overall performance (Duration: 1H).

Assessing your power profile *: The athlete’s power profile is determined from power sensors, associated with heart rate data, constitute a solid basis for planning your workout. The use of the power profile makes it possible to respect the specific metabolic profile of each cyclist and thus individualize his training program (Duration: 1H).

 

* All this data is documented and provided to the athlete.
These evaluations should allow any coach to optimize your preparation and you will leave richer with this feedback and the different recommendations gleaned during the camp.
