The aim of the triathlon courses is to offer a pleasure-based planning, user-friendliness and a great flexibility to meet the needs of everyone, whether you have never practiced triathlon or whether you are an experienced Ironman triathlete.
Rigorous evaluation for optimized coaching
Tri-Academy offers at the beginning of the course a complete analysis of the athlete’s abilities.
These evaluations, combined with an interview with the athlete, form the basis of the triathlon training.
A Segmental Evaluation (5 zones) of the Body Composition (ECC) gives a precise idea of the morphology to propose adapted training and nutrition solutions.
The swimming technique of the athletes is evaluated from sub-aquatic video observations made in a swimming pool (swimfitting).
Finally, the Athlete Power Profile is rated on our bikes equipped with power sensors that, along with heart rate data, provide a solid foundation for planning your workout.
During the duration of the triathlon, photos and videos of the athletes in situation are collected and made available to you via Dropbox thus providing useful resources for the continuation of your training
Tri-Academy offers an analysis of your posture for the practice of cycling in triathlon. Duration 1h30
This postural optimization is based on a static and dynamic study associated with an analysis of the pedaling efficiency (zones of force transfer of the support on the pedal) in a context of cycling-running.
All of this data is documented and provided to the athlete.

The triathlon courses offer a serenity option allowing you to come without your bike.
Tri-Academy has a large fleet of premium Aero road bikes and Triathlon to help you make your stay as easy as possible.
Upon arrival, the athlete can have his bike adjusted to his own odds from the previously communicated values.
Two theme nights are organized in a conference area located in the Club Hotel Vacanciel: these moments allow to discuss the construction of an optimized planning whatever the objective.
Concepts of preparation, recovery including different nutritional aspects are discussed.
